Is there a free plan?

Yes — 50 documents per month, free forever, no credit card required. It includes every template and both test and live API keys.

What happens when I hit my monthly quota?

On the Free plan, requests return HTTP 429 until the month resets. Paid plans include per-document overage (from $0.01/doc) so production never stops.

Do you run headless Chrome?

No. Slipstack renders PDFs with a pure-JavaScript engine — no browser boot, no 250MB binaries, faster and more predictable output.

Can I use my own logo and brand colors?

Yes. Pass logoUrl and accentColor in the request and the document renders with your branding. Custom fonts are available on Pro and above.

How do I cancel or change plans?

Anytime, self-serve, from the billing portal in your dashboard. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.
